  • 2-3 garlic (smashed)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 7 oz celery (sliced 1 inch)
  • 7-10 oz ciabatta bread cut in small cubes (1.5 inch)
  • 1 stem rosemary (leaves only)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 oz raw pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 oz craisins or golden raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 oz heavy cream
