  • 180g / 6.3 oz / ¾ cup water
  • 100g / 3.5 oz peeled Zucchini in chunks
  • 70g / 2.5 oz / ½ cup whole flaxseeds (to mill into flaxseed meal)
  • 20g / 0.7 oz / 3 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 5g / 0.17 oz / 1 tsp baking soda
  • 7g / 0.25 oz / ½ tbsp apple cider
  • 1 tsp salt, to taste
  • Sesame seeds/ Everything Bagel Spice for topping
