  • 500 g ketchup
  • 70 g extrato de tomate (concentrado)
  • 2 c. chá de sal, mais q.b. a gosto
  • 2 c. chá de sambal oelek (20 g)
  • 1 c. chá cheia de caldo de carne em pasta, caseiro
    or 1 cubo de caldo de carne (para 0.5 l)
  • 20 g vinagre de fruta
