  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sugar, or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp tomato purée
  • 400 g tinned chopped tomatoes (1 x 400 g tin)
  • 125 g water
  • ½ chicken stock cube (for 0.5 l), crumbled
    or ½ tsp chicken stock paste, homemade
  • 50 g whipping cream
  • 25 g ground almonds (see tip)
  • 500 g chicken tikka, homemade (see tip)
