  • 200 g curgete cortada em pedaços
  • 100 g caldo de legumes caseiro
    or 100 g água e ¼ de cubo de caldo de legumes
  • 1 c. chá de sal
  • 1 pitada de pimenta
  • 10 g mostarda
  • 15 g coentros
  • 200 g natas
  • 100 g queijo-creme
  • ½ limão, raspa e sumo
