  • 80 g olive oil

Tahini sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 60 g tahini
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • 3 tsp shiro (white) miso paste
  • 100 g water
  • 1 - 2 pinches salt

Broccoli soup

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g brown onion, cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g broccoli, cut into florets (approx. 3 cm)
  • 1 tsp Chicken stock paste (see Tips)
  • 550 g water
  • salt, to taste
