  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 10 g fresh root ginger, peeled, cut in round slices (2 mm)
  • 80 g onions, quartered
  • 20 g water
  • 250 g raw cane sugar
  • 700 g mangoes, flesh only, cut in pieces
  • 100 g raisins
  • 120 g vinegar
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
