  • 1 șalotă (cca. 30 g)

  • 10 g ulei de măsline extravirgin
  • 320 g orez pentru risotto (ex. Carnaroli, Arborio), timp de fierbere 14-15 minute (vezi recomandarea)
  • 60 g vin alb, sec
  • 820 g apă
  • 1 cub de concentrat (pentru 0,5 l) de carne sau legume
    or 1 linguriță cu vârf concentrat pastă, de carne sau vegetal
