  • 250 g Möhren, in Stücken
  • 3 Eier
  • 100 g Milch
  • 50 g Rapsöl
  • 100 g Dinkelmehl Type 630
  • 3 TL Backpulver
  • ½ - 1 TL Anis, gemahlen, nach Geschmack

Creme und Fertigstellung

  • 60 g Vanillezucker, selbst gemacht
