Broccoli filling

  • 180 g broccoli, cut into pieces
  • 4 spring onions/shallots, trimmed and cut into thirds
  • 170 g smoked ham, diced
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 120 g Swiss cheese, cut into pieces (see Tips)
  • ¼ tsp salt, to taste
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
