  • 200 g bulgur
  • 400 g água
  • 10 g azeite
  • ½ c. chá de sal
  • 200 g feijão-encarnado cozido escorrido (ver dica)
  • 220 g atum em lata, ao natural escorrido
  • 150 g pepino cortado em cubos (1 cm aprox.)
  • Pimenta preta moída q.b. p/ temperar
