  • 3 serrano chilies, destemmed, de seeded

  • 7 oz zucchini, diced
  • 3 ½ oz yellow onions, diced (¼ in.)
  • 3 ½ oz poblano chilies, peeled, cut into strips (see Tip)
  • 3 ½ oz sweet corn kernels
