  • 1 pinch coarse sea salt

  • 1 tsp lavender
  • ½ lemon, finely grated zest only
  • 1 orange, finely grated zest only
  • 50 g orange juice

  • 250 g coconut cream
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1 tsp guar gum (see tip)
  • 150 g honey
