  • 2 sdt gula
  • 1 sdt terasi (4 g)
  • 50 g santan (suhu ruang)
  • 50 g kecap ikan
  • 20 g sari jeruk nipis
  • 150 g kacang panjang, potong sepanjang 2 cm
  • 200 g zukini, potong dadu
  • 500 g paha ayam, tanpa kulit, tanpa tulang, potong strip (2 cm)
  • 10 g biji lada hijau (optional)
  • 6 daun jeruk purut segar, tulang daun dibuang
  • 30 g daun basil Thailand, dicincang
  • 150 g air
  • 150 g santan (suhu ruang)
  • 80 g paprika hijau, potong kecil-kecil
  • 100 g tomat ceri, dipotong bagi dua
