Ingredients

Breadcrumbs and Flour

  • 150 g bread, torn in pieces
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 50 g plain flour
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper

Garlic and Parsley Butter

  • 2 - 3 garlic cloves, to taste
  • 5 g fresh parsley, thick stems removed, cut in pieces
  • 80 g unsalted butter, diced
  • ½ tsp salt

Chicken Kievs

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless (approx. 150-200 g each)
  • ½ tsp salt, plus 2 pinches
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper, plus 1 pinch
  • 500 g water
  • 600 g new potatoes, halved, quartered if large
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, for frying
  • 300 g green beans
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 8 fresh chives, finely chopped
