  • 750 g water
  • 250 g frozen edamame beans, shelled
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt

Quinoa

  • 200 g quinoa
  • 400 g water
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Assembly

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • 120 g wakame seaweed salad
  • 1 ripe mango, diced (2-3 cm)
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
