  • 250 g raw prawn meat, cut into pieces (1.5 cm)
  • extra virgin olive oil, to lightly grease
  • bonito flakes, to serve
  • 2 tsp Japanese pickled ginger, drained
  • 1 tsp salt-reduced soy sauce, to drizzle
