  • 125 g pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 60 g apple juice, sparkling
  • 300 g white spelt flour
  • 150 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 60 g almond meal
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 55 g walnuts, roughly chopped
