Ingredients

Bizcocho

  • 1 cucharadita de mantequilla (para engrasar)
  • 300 g de zanahorias en trozos
  • 220 g de almendra molida
  • 100 g de aceite de coco
    or 100 g de aceite de girasol
  • 1 cucharada de vainilla líquida
  • 3 huevos
  • 150 g de azúcar moreno
  • 2 cucharaditas de levadura química en polvo (sin gluten)
  • 2 cucharaditas de canela molida
  • 2 cucharaditas de jengibre molido
  • 1 pellizco de sal

Frosting

  • 120 g de azúcar
  • 4 - 5 tiras de piel de naranja (solo la parte naranja)
  • 90 g de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, en trozos
  • 125 g de queso cremoso
  • 40 - 50 g de frutos secos variados (para decorar)
