  • 400 - 600 g água
  • 1 c. chá de caldo de legumes caseiro

  • 1 c. chá de sal, mais q.b. p/ temperar

Molho de pimento assado

  • 120 g pimentos assados
  • 1 dente de alho
  • 1 c. chá de sumo de limão
  • 80 g iogurte natural
  • 15 g azeite extra virgem
  • 1 pitada de sal
  • Crème fraîche q.b. p/ servir
  • Salsa picada q.b. p/ guarnecer
