Ingredients

  • 200 g long grain rice
  • 70 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
  • 300 g chicken breasts, cut in pieces (4 cm) then frozen for 30 minutes
  • 100 g red peppers (approx. 1 small), cut in pieces
  • 30 g red onion, quartered
  • 20 g bread, torn in pieces
  • 10 g fresh parsley leaves
  • ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt, or to taste
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 medium egg
  • ½ tsp oil, for greasing
  • 1200 g water
  • 1 heaped tsp chicken stock paste, homemade
    or 1 chicken stock cube (for 0.5 l), crumbled
  • 200 g fine green beans (see tip)
