  • 60 gr dates soaking water
  • 90 gr almond flour
  • 30 gr whey protein powder
  • 175 gr 70% chocolate in chips or small pieces
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1000 gr of water
  • Desiccated coconut flakes, no sugar added
