- 3 siung bawang putih
- 15 g daun ketumbar segar
- 1 lemon, disarankan organik, zested dan simpan 40 g jus lemon
- ¼ sdt garam
- 130 g pasta tahini
- 85 g air
Hummus
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 30 g biji rami, tambahkan untuk hiasan
- ½ sdt garam
- 1 kaleng kacang arab, dibilas, dikeringkan (sekitar 425 g)

- 55 g pasta tahini
- 55 g jus lemon
- 20 g minyak zaitun ekstra virgin
- 150 g campuran salad dengan selada mesclun
- 350 g timun, diiris melingkar (1cm)
- 300 g paprika manis, dihilangkan, dibelah dua
