  • 200 g de repollo en 4 trozos

  • 1 pellizco de sal
  • 1 - 2 pellizcos de pimienta molida
  • 2 - 3 cucharadas de mayonesa
  • 6 panes de hamburguesa tostados
  • 6 - 12 hojas de lechuga
