Ingredients

Chocolate cake

  • 80 - 100 g hazelnuts
  • 80 g dates, pitted halved
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla aroma
  • 200 g buttermilk
  • 100 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 - 2 pinches salt

Cake pops

  • 15 g freeze-dried raspberries
  • 50 g blanched almonds
  • 50 g crunchy peanut butter unsweetened
  • 400 g dark chocolate in pieces (see tip)
    or 400 g white chocolate in pieces (see tip)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • shredded coconut raw or toasted, for coating (optional)
  • coloured sprinkles for decorating (optional)
