  • 30 g kombu (rumput laut kering) dibilas
  • 30 g katsuobushi (serutan ikan cakalang)
  • 100 g shoyu (kecap asin Jepang)
  • 100 g mirin
  • 100 g sake
  • 30 - 40 g gula

Penyusunan

  • 200 g sawi putih, potong-potong (4 cm)
  • 300 g tahu sutera (1 kotak), potong-potong (1 cm)
  • 5 jamur shitake segar, disayat (lihat tip)
  • ½ tangkai daun bawang, diiris secara diagonal
  • 60 g wortel, iris-iris
  • 60 g bawang bombai, potong menjadi dua, iris tipis-tipis
