  • ⅛ tsp salt

Lemon Glaze Icing

  • 12 oz ultrafine sugar, divided
  • 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 2 lemons), plus zest, to garnish
  • ¼ tsp lemon extract (optional)
