  • 500 g icing sugar
  • ¼ peppermint extract (optional)
  • green food colouring gel, until desired colour

  • 300 g marshmallows, vegan
  • 40 g chocolate buttons, vegan
  • edible sugar eyes
  • 1 Tbsp sugar sprinkles, coloured gold, vegan
