  • 6 oz almond flour
  • 3 oz tapioca flour
  • 2 oz coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder, paleo-approved (see Tip)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp dried sage
  • maple syrup, to brush
  • 12 - 24 fresh sage leaves, to garnish (optional)
