Zucchini noodles
- 340 g carrots peeled, slender type, approx. 5 cm in diameter

- 1 tbsp cooking oil for frying
- 2 sprigs fresh coriander leaves chopped, to garnish
- 1 sprig spring onions thinly sliced, to garnish
