  • 2 bananas, cut into pieces and frozen
  • 20 g fresh passionfruit pulp (approx. 2 passionfruit), strained and pips removed
  • 120 g filtered water
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 3 papayas, cut into halves lengthways and deseeded (see Tips)
  • seasonal fruit of choice
