  • 1 ripe mango, cut into cubes (2 cm)
  • 4 tbsp oat bran
  • 20 g LSA (optional - see Tip)
  • 150 g natural yoghurt
  • 30 g orange juice, chilled
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into pieces (1 cm)
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips
