  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
    or ¼ tsp hot paprika
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
    or dried oregano
  • ½ beef stock cube (for 0.5 l), crumbled
    or ½ tsp meat stock paste, homemade
  • 200 g water
  • 50 g red wine (optional)
