  • 150 g water
  • 2 tsp tamarind paste (optional)
  • 120 g green beans, cut into pieces (4 cm)
  • 3 makrut lime leaves
  • 2 tsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 100 g broccoli florets, 3-4 cm pieces
  • 400 g raw prawn meat (or with tails, see Tips)
  • 20 g fish sauce
  • 40 g fresh limes, juice only
  • 150 g bean sprouts
  • 2 spring onions/green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only
  • 2 sprigs fresh Thai basil, roughly torn
  • 1 tbsp fried shallots (optional)
