  • 18 oz seafood stock
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 ear of corn, cut into rounds (1 in.) (approx. 8 oz)
  • 14 oz large shrimp, raw, peeled, deveined
  • crusty bread, to serve
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
