Ingredients

  • 1 - 3 fresh long green chillies, trimmed and cut into halves, deseeded if preferred
  • 240 g fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 10 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves and stalks
  • 40 g ghee (see Tips)
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 400 g brown onion, cut into quarters
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste (see Tips)
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste (see Tips)
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder

  • 1 tsp salt, to taste
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 2 - 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
