  • 1 tsp mixed spice

Icing

  • icing sugar, for dusting
  • 500 g marzipan
  • 2 Tbsp apricot jam, mixed with 1 tsp boiling water
  • 400 g fondant icing
  • red food colouring gel
  • silver decorating balls
