  • 2 tsp oregano, dried
  • ½ tsp allspice berries
  • ¼ tsp whole black peppercorns
  • 3 tsp cloves
  • 60 g lime juice
  • 1 habanero chilli, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp salt, to taste
  • 1840 g chicken stock
  • 625 - 655 g chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into pieces (5 cm/2 in.)
  • 140 g corn tortillas, cut into strips and fried, to garnish
  • 200 g tomatoes, quartered, seeded, diced, to garnish
