Bottom Layer

  • 3 ½ oz whole almonds
  • 3 ½ oz graham crackers
  • 3 oz unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 3 ½ oz shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1 ½ oz sugar
  • 1 oz cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg

Middle Layer

  • 2 oz unsalted butter, cubed
  • 14 oz whole milk
  • 2 ½ oz sugar
  • 1 ½ oz corn starch
  • 6 egg yolks, from large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract, natural
    or 2 tsp vanilla bean paste

Top Layer

  • 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
    or 10 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 3 ½ oz unsalted butter, cut into pieces
