  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 100 g black tahini (see Tips)
  • 2 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • black sesame seeds, to sprinkle (optional)

  • 20 g sugar
  • 250 g ricotta cheese, smooth
  • 50 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
