Ingredients

  • 1 long green chili trimmed, divided, ½ thinly sliced, to garnish
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro (approx. 0.5 oz), stems and roots, leaves reserved
  • 7 oz fresh baby spinach
  • 14 oz canned garbanzo beans no-added salt, rinsed and drained
