  • 70 g icing sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cointreau
    or 1 Tbsp Grand Marnier

Chocolate Ice Cream

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
