  • 120 - 130 g chorizo, cut into thin slices (5 mm)
  • 40 g tomato paste
  • 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 800 g skinless chicken thigh fillets, cut into halves
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • ½ - 1 tsp salt, to taste
  • 1 - 2 pinches ground black pepper, to taste
  • 400 g canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained (approx. 250 g after draining)
