- 1 bunch tenderstem broccoli (approx. 180 g), trimmed and cut in thirds
- 230 g tinned bamboo shoots, rinsed and drained (weight is pre-draining)
- 1 spring onion, trimmed and thinly sliced, for garnishing
- 1 - 2 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only, for garnishing
