  • 1 tbsp orange liqueur (e.g. Cointreau®)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds only
  • 1 egg white, from a large egg
  • 1 tbsp water
