  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 5 ½ oz red bell peppers, deseeded, cut into pieces (1 in.)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (approx. 14.5 oz)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp beef stock paste
  • 16 oz water
  • 9 oz sweet potatoes, cubed (¾ in.)
  • 1 can cannellini beans (approx. 15 oz), rinsed and drained
  • fresh cilantro leaves, to taste, to garnish
