Ajvar

  • 4 red peppers, halved, deseeded
  • 2 aubergines, halved
  • 50 g onions, quartered
  • 2 lemons, juice only (approx. 60 g)
  • 20 g fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper

Cevapcici

  • 3 - 5 garlic cloves, to taste
  • 75 g onions, quartered
  • 450 g beef mince, broken up
  • 250 g pork mince, broken up
  • 200 g lamb mince, broken up
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp frying oil
  • 40 g sour cream, for serving (if desired)
  • 600 g peppers, pickled, , for serving, if desired
