  • 4 oz yellow onion, in pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 oz unsalted butter, in pieces
  • 4 oz cream cheese, in pieces
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp salt, to taste
  • 4 ears of corn, grilled, to serve (see Tip)
