Ingredients

Taco shells

  • 120 g Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces (3 cm)
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried chilli flakes (optional)

Avocado lime sauce

  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, leaves and stems only, cut into thirds (approx. 40 g)
  • 80 g mayonnaise (see Tips)
  • 1 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ avocado, flesh only
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 long red chilli, trimmed and deseeded, if preferred
  • 20 g extra virgin olive oil

Assembly

  • 350 g medium raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 - 2 tsp taco seasoning (see Tips)
  • ¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded or 100 g red cabbage
