  • 2 vanilla bean pods, split lengthways, (seeds and pods)
  • 250 g coconut sugar
  • 400 g green apples, peeled, cores removed and cut into eighths

  • 2 bananas, peeled and chopped (approx. 190 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 300 g milk of choice (e.g. cow's milk, rice milk)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • butter or oil, for frying
